3 Megapixel Wide-Angle Video Camera

The Akuvox R20K incorporates a 3MP camera with a 120° wide-angle field of view, providing clear video identification of visitors approaching an entrance.

The wide-angle camera is particularly useful for apartment entrances, commercial doorways and reception areas where a broad view of approaching visitors is desirable.

Integrated high-intensity LEDs assist with visitor identification during night-time and low-light conditions.

Keypad and RFID Access Control

The R20K provides multiple convenient methods of controlling entry to a building.

PIN Code Access

The integrated numeric keypad allows authorised users to enter their assigned PIN code for keyless access.

RFID Card Access

The built-in 13.56MHz RFID card reader supports compatible proximity credentials, providing an alternative to traditional keys.

Electronic Door Lock Control

Two integrated relay outputs allow connection to compatible electronic door-release equipment.

This makes the Akuvox R20K suitable for apartment buildings, offices, warehouses and commercial entrances requiring controlled visitor access.

SIP Video Intercom Communication

The R20K complies with SIP communication standards, allowing integration with compatible SIP-based telephone systems, indoor intercom monitors and IP PBX equipment.

Its built-in microphone and speaker provide two-way audio communication, while echo cancellation helps improve speech clarity.

Visitors can communicate with building occupants or reception staff before access is granted.

ONVIF CCTV and NVR Integration

The Akuvox R20K supports the ONVIF standard, allowing integration with compatible IP network video recorders and video surveillance systems.

This provides opportunities to combine video door entry with existing CCTV infrastructure.

Note: ONVIF compatibility, recording functions and available video streams depend on the connected NVR, firmware and system configuration.

Visitor Snapshot and Email Notification

The R20K supports visitor snapshot functionality, allowing images of visitors to be sent to a configured email address when supported and correctly configured.
