Choose your starting point
HiLook IP cameras
Choose a camera for the view you need at each location. A wide turret suits general coverage, while a bullet housing suits visible mounting along driveways or boundaries.
- IPC-T361H-MU 6MP turret with a fixed 2.8mm lens, infrared night vision and built-in microphones.
- IPC-B261H-MU 6MP bullet with a fixed 2.8mm lens and infrared rated up to 40m.
- 4MP 4× PTZ camera for remote aiming and optical zoom.
Wired CCTV kits
Start with cameras, a PoE recorder and storage in one package. Compare how many cameras are included and how many channels are free for expansion.
- 2-camera 6MP kit with a 4-channel recorder and 2TB storage.
- 4-camera 6MP AcuSense kit with an 8-channel recorder and 2TB storage.
- IK-6486TH-MM/P 6-camera 6MP kit with an 8-channel recorder and 4TB storage.
PoE recorders and storage
A network video recorder (NVR) stores footage from compatible IP cameras. Its built-in PoE ports can supply power and data to compatible cameras through one Ethernet cable.
- 8-channel HiLook NVR with 2TB for smaller wired systems.
- 16-channel HiLook PoE NVR with 4TB for sites with more camera locations.
- 16-channel HiLook NVR without a drive if you want to select storage separately.
Three things to check before you buy
- Plan each camera view. A wide view helps you see movement across a yard. Use tighter framing where detail matters, such as at a gate or till. Check lighting and reflections after dark.
- Check camera and recorder compatibility. Confirm the supported resolution, recording bandwidth and PoE power. If you want person and vehicle alerts or audio recording, check support on the exact camera, recorder and firmware.
- Allow for storage and expansion. Count recording channels and available PoE ports separately. How long footage is kept depends on the number of cameras, bitrate, recording schedule and drive size.
Can I add HiLook cameras to an existing system?
Start with the recorder’s model number and check whether it uses Ethernet IP cameras or coax cameras. For an IP system, confirm that the recorder can add the new camera at the resolution you need and support the recording, alerts and audio features you want to use.
