Integrated Video Door Intercom

The Akuvox R20K allows occupants or reception staff to visually identify visitors and communicate with them using a compatible SIP intercom monitor, IP phone or supported intercom platform.

Its integrated camera provides a wide field of view, making it suitable for monitoring entrances and identifying people requesting access.

Keypad and RFID Access Control

The R20K combines video intercom communication with convenient electronic access control.

Authorised users can gain entry using supported PIN codes or compatible RFID access cards, reducing the need for traditional keys.

Two integrated relay outputs provide connections for compatible door-release equipment, allowing the intercom to form part of a complete electronic door access solution.

Electronic locks, access cards, additional power supplies and compatible indoor monitors may be required and are not included unless specifically stated.

SIP and ONVIF Network Integration

The Akuvox R20K supports standard SIP communications for integration with compatible IP intercom and telephone systems.

ONVIF compatibility also provides integration options with supported IP network video recorders and surveillance systems.

This makes the R20K particularly suitable for commercial installations requiring both visitor communication and CCTV integration.

Compatibility and supported recording functions depend on the connected equipment, firmware and system configuration.
