6MP High-Resolution CCTV Surveillance

Each Hikvision DS-2CD2066G2H-IU camera records video at up to 3200 × 1800 resolution, providing greater image detail than conventional 1080p Full HD CCTV cameras.

With eight cameras included, the system can monitor multiple locations simultaneously, making it ideal for larger residential properties and commercial security applications.

Typical installation locations include:

• Residential driveways and entrances

• Retail shops and showrooms

• Warehouses and loading docks

• Offices and commercial buildings

• Car parks and vehicle access points

• Building perimeters and walkways

• Storage facilities and workshops

Hikvision AcuSense Intelligent Human & Vehicle Detection

The included Hikvision cameras feature AcuSense deep-learning technology, designed to distinguish people and vehicles from other types of movement.

This intelligent classification helps reduce unwanted notifications caused by environmental activity.

Supported detection functions include:

• Human detection

• Vehicle detection

• Line crossing detection

• Intrusion detection

• Region entrance detection

• Region exiting detection

Available functions and notifications depend on camera and NVR configuration.

Powered by DarkFighter Low-Light Technology

All eight cameras incorporate Hikvision's Powered by DarkFighter technology, designed to improve image quality in low-light environments.

This makes the system suitable for surveillance around entrances, driveways, car parks and commercial buildings where lighting conditions can vary.

When ambient lighting is insufficient, the cameras can switch to infrared-assisted black-and-white night vision.

40 Metre Infrared Night Vision

Each camera features built-in infrared illumination with a manufacturer-rated range of up to 40 metres.

The eight-camera configuration provides night-time monitoring across multiple locations.

Actual night vision performance depends on environmental conditions, installation position and reflective surfaces.

Built-in Microphone on Every Camera

Each DS-2CD2066G2H-IU camera includes a built-in microphone, allowing ambient audio to be captured alongside video when supported and configured on the NVR.

This can provide additional context when reviewing recorded security footage.

Please note: The cameras have microphones for audio capture but do not include built-in speakers for two-way communication.

Audio recording should be configured in accordance with applicable privacy and surveillance laws.

Fixed 4mm Lens – Ideal for Entrances and Perimeters

All eight cameras feature fixed 4mm lenses, providing a more concentrated field of view than the wider-angle 2.8mm version.

The 4mm lens is suitable for:

• Driveways and vehicle entrances

• Building approaches

• Warehouse aisles

• Pathways and walkways

• Commercial building perimeters

The lenses are fixed and do not provide optical zoom.

Hikvision DS-7608NI-M2/8P-M Ultra Series NVR

The included Hikvision Ultra Series network video recorder provides professional recording and management of all eight cameras.

NVR Features

• Eight IP camera recording channels

• Eight built-in PoE camera ports

• Supports compatible IP cameras up to 32MP

• Up to 8K HDMI output capability

• Two internal SATA hard drive bays

• H.265+ video compression

• Network-based recording and playback

• Hik-Connect remote viewing support

• 4TB surveillance hard drive pre-installed

All eight camera channels are occupied when the complete system is connected.

4TB Surveillance Hard Drive Pre-Installed

This Hikvision CCTV kit includes a 4TB surveillance hard drive installed inside the NVR.

The hard drive provides storage for video recordings from the eight included cameras.

Recording retention varies depending on:

• Camera resolution and frame rate

• Continuous or event-based recording

• Video compression settings

• Audio recording configuration

• Scene activity and image complexity

Additional storage capacity may be possible using the recorder's second hard drive bay, subject to NVR specifications.

Power over Ethernet – Simple Camera Connectivity

The Hikvision DS-7608NI-M2/8P-M features eight integrated PoE camera ports.

Each compatible camera receives network connectivity and electrical power through a single Ethernet cable connected to the recorder.

This simplifies CCTV installation and eliminates the need for a separate power supply at each camera location.

Ethernet camera cables are not included unless specifically stated in the package contents.

Hik-Connect Remote Viewing

When correctly connected to the internet and configured, the Hikvision CCTV system supports remote viewing through the compatible Hik-Connect platform.

Users can access supported live video, recorded footage and security notifications using compatible devices.

Remote access requires suitable internet connectivity, account registration and correct system configuration.
