Intelligent Human and Vehicle Detection

The HiLook cameras support intelligent detection designed to distinguish human and vehicle activity from other movement.

This can help reduce unwanted notifications caused by environmental movement such as blowing leaves and moving vegetation.

Supported intelligent events include intrusion detection and line-crossing detection, allowing users to configure monitoring around selected areas of their property.

Detection performance depends on camera placement, configuration and environmental conditions.

6MP High-Definition Video

Each camera captures footage at up to 3200 x 1800 resolution, providing considerably more image detail than standard 1080p Full HD CCTV cameras.

The higher resolution is particularly useful when reviewing recorded activity around entrances, driveways, reception areas and other important locations.

Built-in Microphones – Video and Audio Recording

All six IPC-T361H-MU cameras include a built-in microphone, allowing audio to be captured together with video when the system is correctly configured.

Audio recording may provide additional context when reviewing an incident. The cameras do not provide two-way audio communication.

Users should comply with applicable privacy and audio recording laws.

Infrared Night Vision – Up to 30 Metres

Each camera incorporates Smart IR illumination with a manufacturer-rated range of up to 30 metres.

During darkness, the cameras automatically switch to infrared-assisted black-and-white video to help maintain surveillance coverage without requiring visible white lighting.

Actual night vision performance depends on installation position, weather conditions and the surrounding environment.

HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P – 8 Channel PoE Recorder

The included HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P network video recorder provides eight IP camera channels and eight integrated PoE network ports.

Six channels are used by the supplied cameras, leaving two additional channels available for compatible future camera expansion.

NVR Features

• 8 IP camera inputs
• 8 integrated PoE network ports
• Up to 80Mbps incoming bandwidth
• Supports compatible IP cameras up to 8MP
• 4K HDMI display output
• VGA monitor output
• H.265+ and H.265 compression support
• Local video recording and playback
• Remote network access
• Pre-installed 4TB hard drive
• Up to 1-channel 8MP decoding capacity

Important: Recording and simultaneous display/decoding capabilities are different. Multi-camera live display performance depends on the selected resolutions, streams and recorder configuration.

4TB Surveillance Hard Drive Included

The system is supplied with a 4TB hard drive already installed in the network video recorder.

H.265+ video compression helps improve recording efficiency and reduce storage requirements compared with older compression methods.

Actual recording retention depends on camera resolution, frame rate, bitrate, recording schedule, motion activity and audio settings.

For longer retention, recording settings can be adjusted to suit the installation requirements.

Simple Power over Ethernet Installation

The HiLook system uses Power over Ethernet technology, allowing each camera to receive network connectivity and power through a single Ethernet cable connected to the NVR.

This reduces the need for separate camera power supplies and simplifies cable management.

Connect the cameras to the recorder's PoE ports, connect the recorder to a compatible monitor and network, and complete the initial configuration.

Ethernet cable lengths and supplied accessories should be checked against the package contents before installation.

Remote Viewing with HiLookVision

Compatible mobile devices can access live camera views and recorded footage remotely using the HiLookVision platform when the recorder has been correctly connected and configured.

Remote viewing requires a suitable internet connection and appropriate account and network settings.

Expandable from 6 to 8 Cameras

Although supplied with six cameras, the included NVR supports up to eight compatible IP cameras.

Two additional cameras can be added later, subject to compatibility, recorder bandwidth, PoE power budget and storage requirements.

This provides flexibility for customers who wish to expand their security coverage in the future.
