When connected to a compatible HiLook or Hikvision NVR, footage can be recorded directly to the recorder's installed hard drive.

Power over Ethernet – Simple Installation

The IPC-T289PH-MU/SL supports IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, allowing network connectivity and electrical power through a single compatible Ethernet cable.

The camera has a maximum power consumption of approximately 11.5W and should be connected to a suitable PoE network switch, PoE injector or compatible PoE NVR with sufficient available power.
