Technical Specifications

High-Resolution 32-Channel Recording

With support for up to 32 IP camera channels, the DS-7732NI-M4/16P provides a flexible platform for larger CCTV installations.

The recorder supports high-resolution Hikvision IP cameras, including compatible 4MP, 6MP, 8MP/4K, 12MP and higher-resolution models.

Its powerful recording architecture makes it suitable for installations where image detail, playback performance and storage capacity are important.

Actual simultaneous decoding and display capabilities depend on the camera resolutions, frame rates, codecs and recorder configuration.

16 Integrated PoE Ports

The 16 built-in Power over Ethernet ports simplify installation by allowing compatible IP cameras to receive power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable.

Benefits include:

• Reduced need for separate camera power supplies.

• Simplified installation and cabling.

• Centralised camera connections.

• Easier expansion of existing CCTV systems.

Important: Although the recorder supports 32 IP camera channels, it has 16 physical PoE ports. Additional cameras generally require suitable external network switches and network configuration.

Four Hard Drive Bays – 4TB Included

The DS-7732NI-M4/16P provides four SATA hard drive bays for expanded surveillance storage.

This clearance unit includes a 4TB hard drive, allowing customers to begin recording without purchasing a separate drive.

Additional compatible surveillance hard drives can be installed to increase recording retention, subject to the recorder's supported capacity and configuration.

Recording duration depends on the number of cameras, resolution, frame rate, compression, recording schedule and scene activity.

Intelligent CCTV Integration

When used with compatible Hikvision cameras, the recorder can form part of a security system supporting advanced event detection, including human and vehicle classification, perimeter monitoring and intelligent event search.

The availability of specific AI functions depends on the connected cameras, firmware and recorder configuration.
